Mission statement: You’ve quit smoking and you’re working hard to stay quit. But from time to time, you still have the craving to smoke. Join the FREE Stay Quit Support Group at The Reading Hospital and learn how others who have quit remain tobacco-free. The support group also offers you an opportunity to share common experiences and challenges unique to ex-smokers and other former tobacco users trying to live a nicotine-free life.
